I'm 30 | Personal Moments
Updated: Mar 4, 2019
Welp, it's here folks.
The day I turn 30. Although I'm not someone who fears aging, it doesn't necessarily seem very exciting to me either. Moving into a new double digit number is a bit intimidating. I'm excited for where my life can go - to pursue my dreams, to grow my family, to become more mature and wiser. But imagining leaving behind my "youth," where I've been settled for so long, is a bit irksome. It has made my heart tighten occasionally when I think about it.
Because of this, I've decided to face it head on, and I did something I've never done before to celebrate who I was, and who I am now.
Join me in celebrating my 30 years - the scars, the hair color loss, the weight gain, the stretch marks, the hint of aging skin...... and alllllll of the memories of my youth, as well as gaining a husband, two children, and more family and friends that I love so dearly.
Cheers!!!
